Abena leads product development at Fièra Cosmetics, owning skincare and cosmetics from concept and feasibility through formulation, packaging, vendor coordination, and launch. Over nine years in CPG she has shipped launches across cosmetics, personal care, and food manufacturing, aligning internal teams and outside partners to keep ambition and execution in the same room. She trained in cosmetic science and chemistry, and brings that precision to every stage of a build.
